The pattern I saw under Voss was to generally have 2 "inside" types and one outside/burst type. eg Rocky, Redden and Hanley. I dunno how typical this is across the league but Leppa quite often has this same mix in the middle.

Given whoever gave Yarran the one vote wasn't the one who gave Warnock two, it's not impossible.
