Sylvia has shown bursts of being an absolute superstar, and his consistency has improved. I think it's really an all or nothing proposition with Sylvia - we're either going to see him burst out this year and become one of the games elite talents, or we'll see him degenerate into a mercurial talent who turns it on once every 5 games.

That's a pretty accurate synopsis rickster.

Good to see you back, I was expecting some input from you last week re Noel Ashby.

McLean's a plodder who conned two teams into wasting a first rounder on him. He is one dimensional, slow, has a very low hurt factor and hasn't improved at all since he was drafted.

Sylvia on the other hand is vastly more talented and skilled, he is just someone who lacks application/did lack. I dare say if this poll gets bumped in 3-4 years we will all look back and laugh at how unfair a comparison it really was, it will be the equivalent of looking back on a comparison to Andrew Walker and Adam Cooney made from when they had just started out.
