Aside from Logan's suicidal tendancies, and others gutbusting moments, has ever a player given more of themselves, as often as Brogan has, in a team going absolutly nowhere?

Im struggling to think. If Brogan played for a Victorian club he's have a bronze statue in his honour at the MCG
 
Was at the game and after the siren saw Cox and Brogan have a bit of a cuddle and heart to heart.

Eagles fans in front of me said the word 'retiring' was used.

I expected it to be his last year, but god we'll miss him.

Was at the game as well and saw this too, Brogan also walked a long way down the ground to speak with Naitanui which isn't something you see after games too often, was wondering if it was because of a pending retirement! Has he announced retirement at the end of the season?
