Isn't really a new thing. It's been around for a few years now...

I don't have a problem with grown men finding enjoyment in a show for children, but I think a lot of the people who identify themselves as "bronies" are obnoxious morons.

There also seems to be some attitude among them that, despite being so loud and vocal about it, they seem so insecure about the hobby. Like, they always seem on the front foot, ready to fervently defend their obsession with it, even when no one has said anything about it.

I really don't care that they do what they do, so they don't need to be shoving it in my face, telling me it's okay for them to like it. Yeah, sure, people can have whatever hobbies they want. However, they emit a sense of security and veiled shame when they act so defensively without provocation.

Wrong. Well actually right I guess, most of my internet knowledge comes from Bigfooty actually which is sad enough in itself, but unfortunately I found out about this craze through meeting a real-life Brony. :/
