Broomhead debuted exactly one year ago today, by an interesting coincidence! I'm hoping De Goey can play a big game or two soon enough and give us another nominee. Exciting times ahead, that's for sure.

yeah I tend to forget that his only played 13 games. perhaps I'm to hard a judge on him. but I might reserve my thoughts now.

I actually had him out of the side for last week's game, so hopefully his "lucky break" in staying in the team and playing an excellent game, will be enough to really kick-start things for him. He's always looked like he had the ability, and shown plenty at VFL level, nowhere near enough at AFL level. Perhaps Kennedy can make a similar breakthrough one of these days. Pleasant type of headache for our selectors to have if/when that happens.

Broomhead is up to 16 games now BTW.
