i've played a bit of footy in the last ouple years with army - always thought he'd make it. he's a jet! i think he'll be a great pick up. lots of guts for his size. plus he's played a lot of senior wafl so he can match it with the big bodies.

good luck to him! cant wait to see him play!

Any idea if Luke Miles is on anybody's radar?? Talk about a jet, 2.73s 20m:eek:. Very impressive ss results, makes you wonder if he can't play the game...but he won the B&F in front of Army.

20 at present, for the next couple of weeks. Turns 21 sometime in December. Has to be on someones radar, or as Gilly has said elsewhere, there is a serious flaw to his game. Kicking can be ordinary, at times, but I don't see it as a serious flaw???

If he doesn't come from a good family, then he will not be in WH sights. I'm not suggesting that he doesn't, however, this has been a "rule" since WH has been at the club.
 
HBF. Could make a call and confirm but a few posters are suggesting he has told them that personally and no reason not to believe them. He wasnt one of the sigs on this particular footy but will snoop and find out.

.....and I was one of them. It was at the players BBQ just after round 22. Would just like to have it confirmed though.
 
Other players who have worn the numbers 15 and 27 at Carlton.

Guernsey number 15

Ernie Jamieson, Charlie Fisher, Vin Brown, Phil Pinnell and Val Perovic are the only players to have worn the number 15 in a premiership.

WOOOF!

Guernsey number 27

Ollie Grieve, David Dickson and Des English are the only players to have worn the number 27 in a premiership.

Only three B & F winners have worn the numbers 15 and 27, Comben(15), Teague(15) and Grieve(27).
 
my brother recently went to carlton training, he supports the blues and he had grigg signed as number 16. so if that helps
