I like the sound of this Squiggystein. He may be a little light on but nothing that Weber can't fix. Is he quick?

andrew browne or tim clarke or untried rookie?

seriously the guy was a disgrace, now all we have to do is get rid of dodd and gilmore and we will start to look like we will have a list![]()
2nd peice of info I gleaned this week...reliable source.
Browne will 'again' be a Docker in 2009
BOOKMARK THIS

You're not wrong there. And it's only a very little bit too.
Browne has already out-lasted two coaches (Drum and Connolly), can he make it a third?![]()
I don't understand the hate some on this board have for Dodd.
He might not be a superstar but he's one of the few players you can count on giving his all for the jumper every time. Especially during the CC era.
I'm not going to be upset if someone like Drum continues to improve and pushes him out of the team but there's no way Dodd is delist material.

Andrew Browne clearly knows where the bodies are buried.![]()
Hate to agree with an Eagles supporter particularly on matters concerning our Club but something is wrong when we hang on to non performing crocks such as Browne.
Browne has already out-lasted two coaches (Drum and Connolly), can he make it a third?![]()
Shark, that would be a fair argument (and no doubt the one the club is running with) if the likelihood of Browne contributing next year was greater than very low.
Its simply confirmation that the likelihood of drafting a player with our round 8 pick that can contribute if necessary next year is very low.
Depth was always going to be an issue next year with so many retirements and delistings. Whilst they are in effect doing a full rebuild the club wants to be competitive and not absolutely bomb out if we get a few injuries to our top 26.
That's more than can be said for the Thornton and Peake who struggle at WAFL level then get an AFL game the following week??
Letting those guys play week in week out, plus giving them contract extensions (Thornton) is more concerning to me than taking a punt on Browne.
You're right. He had a good 2nd half of the season injury wise.
That is a pretty damning statistic.Finished Runner Up in the Claremont B&F, playing only 10 games...
Averaged 24.6 touches with them this year, if he played a full season in the WAFL would easily win the Sandover.
But to have only played 91 matches (64 with CFC and 27 with Fremantle) since 2002, doesnt there come a time when you have to be delisted..
