Dont worry buddy , know how you feel, when raines and Cloke defected to Collingwood in 83 , the world lost its innocence !

I mean this in the blokiest way possible but its hard not to love Nathan Brown. Maybe a few would wish him harm but I think on the whole most of us Bulldog supporters will be watching a few more Richmond games than normal this year. He is a great player and we were well compensated for him

There is one thing that will worry Nathan at Tigerland however and that is Richmond supporters tendency to turn on their own.

Wizard cup 2004

Yep move him away from the foward pocket let him play creative football and looks what happens,24poss and a great game.

Freo versus dogs 2003

Down by 75 points browny stays in the foward line for a quarter and a half and kicks 1.3

I wonder why he decided to leave.

If its such a big issue for you why didn't you mention it more than once last season ?
You've made 15 references about Dave Graney but only one about Browny playing in the midfield. Methinks if he had have been played as a midfielder you would have bagged the coach for not playing him closer to the goal. :)

Oldschool Im sure I mentioned it last season but Im not going to search I will leave that up to you.

But back to the point why was such creative footballer left in the foward line whilst our team was getting a thrashing and it happened more than once.

For team balance

Awww why did you edit my name for Gnome Murphy? I meant Knob Murphy in the door opening kinda way, like he is an opportunist.

In protest I refuse to answer your token question.

Oh Rocco that’s what I like to see a man of high education, a man well traveled and a man that can look himself in the eye.

Until he blows it all by using the "Knob" word.

I know if you only had passed that SOSE exam everything would be different.:)

The point is that you are a day old prohet when it suits. If it was such an issue for you you would have mentioned it in everyone or most of your anti Rohde threads. You only throw it up now because Browny had a good day in the midfield, if he had have kicked a bag of 7 goals you would have found another way to blame the coach.
You know the reason why Browny wanted to leave and equally you know it didn't have anything to do with the coach but it is however, a convienent opportunity to have another dig.

Oldschool I admire the way you back this coach I truly do.

But do you realize if at the end of this season we are 20-2 your opnion and knowledge of the game which I do respect will come into question as mine will if Peter turns things around.

One of us will have pie in his face and if its me I will cop it on the cheek.

Will you handle it::confused:

By the way on SEN and 3aw today bulldog callers are asking if Peter has to go,just to let you know it wasnt me.

Forgive me for mixing up my knob-types. I should have known it was all innocent. I'm not concerned about you refusing to answer my question it was rhetorical anyway.

If we are 20 and 2 at the seasons end I will be rapt, we should hold the top spot. :)

So is this a little like one of your brethren who said :-

Good lets hope that Ray plays midfield and Coughlan crunches Ray i hate that kid. He has the biggest head you will ever see. I have played with him before and he thinks he is top $hit. By the size of Coughlan i would play him in the midfield bulldogs.... but its ur choice..
So he wishes this on a skinny 17 year old playing his first game and you're worried about "cretins" who wish something similar on a 100+ game, 26 year old who walked out on his team mates and friends.

I couldn't be bothered booing him. To tell the truth it made me feel sick. On the one hand because he played so well. And on the other hand because of the total disloyalty he displayed. Remember this is not a desirable character trait. If he's done it once before, it only gets easier in future.
