It's suspected I think. There was a bit of a gotcha moment where Beveridge said a player was best on then didn't feature in the votes or something.

I don't think Daicos had that great of a year either. Thought Dawson deserved to be favourite.

I never remember them reading the votes so fast. Does the dude doing it have a curfew or something?

I think with so many complaints about how long the night dragged on, they decided to quicken the vote-reading instead of quicken the subcategories.

Rowell he’s going to be hard to beat. He had a great last 8-10 rounds of the season.

Plus, he’s got the extra game at the end.

They are if you think the best player in the comp is always a ruckman.

Nah, I love SuperCoach but it's still not truly indicative of player performance. For instance, three of the top four players this year were rucks, and it'd be saying that somebody like George Hewett had a better season than Max Holmes, Ed Richards, Finn Callaghan, Tom Green, Isaac Heeney, Caleb Serong etc.

In general, SC scoring is pretty skewed towards rucks, half-backs and players that tackle a lot.

It'd still probably be better than umpire voting though, lol.
