Lenny may find he has the same problem, although the guys likely to steal his thunder are Riewoldt and Gherig. Forwards arent usually big vote getters, whats Hayses odds?

As you can tell by the user name, I'm a big Linga fan. I thought he would poll really well this season gone. He ended up with 12 votes.

Bartel showed he can poll well. Kingy's a big man with a big frame which can stand out if he gets alot of the ball, which he does for a ruckman.

Scarlo is and was in the Top 10 players in the AFL last year, and he still wasn't able to poll well.

It's a bit of a lottery. Maybe they should dye their hear blue or something!

I noticed that. I just thought he was officially James, like on the lists that were submitted to the AFL and stuff. (Like, all my uni forms and stuff has my full name, but nobody can pronounce it so I'm known by a nickname, even though the official stuff has my full name - that's what I thought was the way of it with JB.)

If I had, say, $300 to wager, I would put $100 on each of these to reach the eight. I think it was on the main forum that someone had worked out that every year since 1997, one of the bottom three/four teams had got into the eight next year.

The only thing with final eight betting this early is, it takes so long to show a return. Normally you like to see some money within the next 6 months at least...
