Well deserved winner, could someone explain how Priddis is able to get so many votes let alone has won a Charlie? I see nothing special of him to me...he's nowhere near Fyfe or Ablett level for mine.

I've never really liked the Fockers, purely because of lollantye, Creepy + Lyin, but really wanted them to knock off the Poos+Wees. Then Fyfe's heroic effort! + hearing him speak last night, he's won me over. Super impressed with the ease with which he spoke with Bwuce, he was genuinely thrilled + I find him quite unassuming.

Just out of interest, have any of the Poos+Wees flogs won a Brownlow during their best ever winning era in the entire history of the universe?

Because he's a good player, he gets a ton of the ball and he's very consistent. May not have the style that some apparently demand, but he does his job very well.

Skipper Joel Selwood topped the count for the Cats with 13 votes, but was ineligible after serving a one-match ban for his 'chicken wing' tackle on North Melbourne's Sam Wright. Talented ball-winner Steven Motlop finished second with seven votes, followed by Josh Caddy, Mitch Duncan, Cam Guthrie and Harry Taylor on six votes each. The Cats polled 64 votes in total.

How can the Midget even be considered for the Brownlow with his sniping character? Being a good player does not fit the entire Brownlow criteria! No way I'd ever consider the Midget to play at Geelong!!! He's the antithesis of the Geelong ethos! I just can't comprehend Geelong supporters giving even a fleeting thought of him at Geelong! Midget doesn't even make it into the Top 10 players -

Yes, IIRC - said Crows first response + responsibility is to + always will be to Meredith + family; the overwhelming response from the AFL world - admin, clubs, players + supporters; Chapman thanked Geelong for agreeing to cancel the game + for their support. I'm pretty sure Geelong was about number three on his list thanking people.
