Dude could still but front standing for second Sunday night show...if he wants to stand.

I know Sirius in the USA have or at least they had a Springsteen only station, but when did they have one in Oz or does the daughter have the wrong facts. But Sirius are all pay satellite digital radio stations.

"He loves Bruce. He owns a T-shirt, all the albums. He even bought a digital radio so he could listen to the Springsteen-only station."

Apparently there were meant to be 16 shows, but they stopped at 13 for time constraints.

Sydney and Brisbane 2nd shows would have been in the mix and probably a Sydney 3rd in the original plans. But the first shows were slow sellers. Are they officially sold out yet? Looked at the start of October and still could get (average) tickets.

Sorry mate, I can't agree with you on this one...boring as batshit for me...it
just goes on and on. Freaking easy to strum along on the guitar to it though.

Lucky we all tolerate each other's different tastes on here (even though I still can't believe you don't like Independance Day).

Cheers
Listen to lyrics. Very sad.

It's not that I don't like it.... it's just meh.

It was a fourth Perth, and a second Syd and Bris.

A new album is coming.

Think I posted it not long ago, but this is definitely the best version of Backstreets I've come across. He takes it up another level with the passion.

And look at him go during the solo! Wow!

Was listening to Hunters G Hits this week.

That will be an awesome set.

What a treat we are in for..>!
Yeah, I've been priming the kids (ages 9 & 7), showing them Hunters Youtube clips and playing a heap of their tunes on the guitar. They are very, very impressed with H&C and can't wait for the 16/02. Teaching the young bloke Holy Grail on the piano so we can play it together. You are right, it's gonna be a sensational couple of nights.

Yep, was listening to 'January Rain' and 'When the River Runs Dry'....great lyrics...1990 IIRC.

They used to do the Uni Circuit in the late 80's. Some unforgettable concerts that were forgotten with amber fluid.

3 years ago JB-HIFI on-line had the Hunters 16 CD box set that originally sold for about $180 go for $50 inc postage. It was my Xmas present to myself. It is like a little chest of draws, 2 CDS in each draw.

About 5 weeks ago on a quiet Sunday arvo I played their first four or five CD's straight. Got to finish off the rest soon.

The Blood Brothers clip is the highlight of the whole movie IMHO....I've never seen Bruce so emotionally vulnerable as when when he sings "so many rivers crossed". Great, great song.
