Passed on HR. Being there in Feb doesn't seem appetising to say the least. Will probably be 30C+, I just wouldn't enjoy it due to the heat. Who knows what they will be like with bringing drinks in too.

Sydney was tough. Had that queue message until 4.05, got in, then said there were none left. Thankfully my mate was able to get one for me.

Went in on the phone and PC at 2.52 for the perth concert. Got in on the phone about 2 min early. Got premium floor seating but was shitting myself when it timed out on payment.

The m.ticketek site has changed in that it kicks you out of the page 10 mins after you select the gig that you are after, whereas you used to just get on about a half hour before the selected pre-sale time, select the tickets type and quantity and just keep pressing "Continue" when the time got close. Transaction was finished about 40 seconds after the tix went on sale.
Tried to time it and log on about 3 minutes before the hour, but got stuck and didn't get on to Adelaide until about 3.35pm. Missed GA Pit, but struck gold with the seated tix.

Happened to me as well. Seeing how they don't send out tickets for a few weeks it should be ok.

Yeah, I know exactly what you are saying. I can just imagine how dry and dusty it will be....however, I don't think I can bear to miss it.
For those of us who aren't really that keen on roll calls and queues, the pit at Hanging Rock seems more appealing. I've got to travel anyhow, so I might as well head up there.
