Yeah, haven't ever seen it live. Would love it at Hanging Rock, although I suspect that the expected drunken crowd behind the pit and the seating wouldn't stay quiet and give the song the attention and respect that it deserves.
Had a bit of a debate with Cruyff14 a couple of hundred pages back regarding the merits of Downbound Train.
He loves it...I'm still a bit "meh" about it. Don't think I'll ever grow to like it.

Intense show.
Serenade is infinitely better indoors. The strings were magnificent and succinct.
My Love was epic as always.
10-20 was shit hot. American Skin very intense and Downbound Train is never bad.
Show 2 will be the level of Melbourne 2 IMO. Number 90.

Didn't get your message until Saturday afternoon so didn't see much point replying.

If anyone's been to Hanging Rock before can they please advise if it's best to park in the car park or drive to Woodend and do the shuttle? Thanks

I stood next to Graham at the Adelaide show. We actually sat on the floor for 40 minutes before they made us get up and we had a good chat. He is a cop on the Sunshine Coast, so that's why he is good at directing people what to do and where to go. An occupational skill.
Yep. He took on a drunk who wormed his way from the back with no number. Graham leaps over and confronts. Potential to turn ugly...but after Security kind of got interested the buy backed down and Graham shook his hand ....had he not got involved maybe it would have been game on.
Great setlist and an actual.proper song to finish, not the cover crap Melbourne was dished up.

Gaso your photos are a shit load better than my shity ones taken on Samsung 5. Most of mine were blurry because he's always on the move and it seems to take 5 seconds between clicking on screen and the camera taking the shot.
