That's a good blog. He was 101, were you 91 on Wednesday??

Haha, I love how you've waited until she's looking away before you took this. :thumbsu: Quality snap.

I CBF taking my camera last night, but the rules are certainly not enforced at all which makes you wonder what all the lectures before they open the gates are about  Might have to smuggle it in on Saturday.

Haha like this shot. Saw this woman twice in Sydney and spoke to her on the 3rd show as we lined up I was next to her but on other side of the rope of 2 lines. She has a European accent. She wears the same white style top and has Bruce written above her chest at every show. Have noticed her in all 3 Melbourne photos the roadies take before the show, as well as her friend with strawberry blonde hair. I'm sure Bruce has noticed her

If she wrote it any lower you would be asking why she had BRCE on her chest. ;)

Is anyone else noticing their bladders going zen on them in the queues and holding your place in the pit before the show? I downed a 600ml water in line outside the door after getting my wristband and didn't need to disperse of it until well after midnight. Same in Brisbane. Bladder must know shit is getting real.

I love how there are soooo many 7-11s here. So many Slurpees to be had on the half hour walk home last night in the soft summer rain. :thumbsu:

I couldn't believe how many people were wearing Bruce shirts from this tour last night. I bought two in Brisbane, but haven't worn them to any shows, and won't at Hanging Rock either (did rock them proudly in NZ). I did see a guy with a Rising shirt, a chick in the line outside with a vintage '86 BITUSA Tour shirt (she was my age too, early 20s, would have done in a heartbeat) and a guy with a shirt from the '92-'93 Tour (I think I saw them in Brisbane as well). Respect to those people.

I did get a "It's not a Stones concert, mate" from one guy in response to my Keith Richards shirt. What a goose. I should have brought down my mum's '86 BITUSA tour sweater down with me for some street cred.

The show must have taken a lot out of me last night, didn't get up until 11.30, the first time I've had more than 6hrs since the first Brisbane show. It did for other too, plenty of people getting attention from Ambos in the tunnel exiting the pit for dehydration.

I didn't drink from 2pm-11pm on Sunday for show 1. Didn't eat from 2 until after midnight either.

The t-shirts have been huge at every show. Don't know why you wouldn't wear them, silly IMO. If you got it, flaunt it. I bought the hoodie, so warm.

Haha fair enough. For some reason from a young age I've had the idea that wearing a shirt of the band you're seeing is lame. My hipster mate who took me to Neil Young agrees so it's all cool :D Or I could just be turning into a grumpy piece of shit, getting old now at 22 as of last week. :(

Cruyff, did you wear brown dress shoes last night? I looked for you in the primary line outside before gates opened, and a guy wearing them best matched your description.

Yeap was just talking to Cruyff about this. The 2 nights in the pit I must have drunk about 2 litres during the long wait before I got in the pit and this was a concern that I would have to go during the show. But once the music started it seemed that everything in my bladder was just sweating out from all the pores in my skin. The first Brisbane show after a 45 minute wait in the pit ( ended up being 1 hour before he came on stage) I though 3 songs in I am going to have to go. But I had about half a 600ml bottle left with me both nights in the pit and I definitely needed a drink during the show.

Once the show was over and I usually have had a beer or two at the bar the bladder then says, its time to go.

It needs to be done, especially at a concert. Pretty pointless buying a t-shirt if you're not going to wear it. Otherwise (IMO), you've bought it just to say "I was there", which is absolute rubbish.

lol no, I was in runners and cargo shorts with the back of 70s Bruce on my t shirt. I would have been in the first line (the left side) if you were looking at the arena at the driveway bit.

Suppose I was curious about the plants because Downbound and I cant remember which was the other looked exactly the same writing as each other, whereas there were many others that were individualised that were ignored.
Ridiculous suggestion Gas.

He plays whatever signs.

Okay, just saying a few about me on the way out were mumbling about a set up and that some of those signs looked better than the shit looking things he picked out.

Though I wasnt complaining about the songs that were picked. I loved them all.
