Murder Inc would be much higher, as would Atlantic City, but not because I have seen them live, I appreciate them more now.Would you now change some of your own rankings after seeing of those songs live? One that would have shot up my personal Bruce chart would be Because the Night.....saw 3 absolutely killer versions over the last week.
Check your email in a few minutesWhich would be the best live version of Atlantic City? I don't really like the album version but it kicks arse live!

Full band is so much better.Don't like the album version? Blaspheme!
Incident on 57th at HR2 was the single best musical moment of my life. If I could pick one song it'd be that. Just about shat my dacks when he pulled that sign up.
The opening four - Adam > Candy's Room > She's The One > Something In The Night... I'm still shaking my head at the pure POWER emanating from the stage.
Just listening to GoTJ. Will forever relate this song back to this time.
Goosebumps.
Backstreets would never played early, ever. Unless he was playing BToR start to end.Although I loved that opening, I would have much preferred Ties that Bind instead of Candy's Room and Backstreets instead of Something in the Night, but only because I'd seen the other two previously (Something in the Night is in my Springsteen Top 10). Would have had the same impact and power....but would have had be tearing up 2 songs in and a complete blubbering mess after 4.

Ties would have been sick instead of She's The One. Candy was amazing.
Yes, you're right. As good as it would have been, Incident wouldn't have fitted in that set,Was it just me, or when the "Incident or Candy's Room" sign came up at Rod Laver 3, Incident clearly received a larger cheer from the crowd? Yet Candy's Room was played instead. C'mon Bruce, we're a democracy too, and a better one than yours(anti-Yank sentiment after seeing all the Moos in the queues).
Yeah, I've been playing it tonight on guitar with my harmonica (Letterman show style)...doesn't have the same impact. Wonder when Tom Morello will next get to play it with Bruce..if ever?
Oh, novice. Look. They HAVE to do a studio version or a single or something. All nine minutes of it. It's epic. And it's already in my top 25 most played on iTunes!
I already have that version downloaded on my iTunes, thank you very much![]()
