I still can't believe this. After the disappointment of hearing he wouldn't come to Perth and then hearing how amazing his shows were. Such a great surprise that the great man's coming back. Hoping for two Perth shows.

The images/font used on the TripleM site suggest this will be a continuation of the Wrecking Ball tour. I guess we'll see for sure in Frontier's official press release. Would be awesome if this is a brand new tour and it's starting here. I'd be surprised if he started another tour without putting out new material of some description first.

Still got my frontier touring company account and password worked. This is going to be hard to get tickets. The 4 arena shows probably total 55,000 to 60,000 tickets. Maybe 30,000 at AAMI Park. Anyone know anything about Hope Estate.e-sale

What do you reckon 3-5% of tickets will be available for pre sale like last time??

Looks like Bruce is going to do a bit of sight seeing this time.

14 March to 31 March he did 10 shows over 18 days so had 8 days off from day of first show.

7 February to 26 February he will do 6 shows over 20 days.

So will this be a Wrecking Ball tour with half a dozen WB songs or will it be an encore tour playing more of the back catelogue?

It won't be Wrecking Ball tour. I'm thinking he'll either have new material, or it'll be a stand alone tour ala 2008 (some of the best sets he's ever done) as well as some full-album shows.

Also, I know someone who knows someone who can get GUARANTEED PIT TICKETS for EVERY SHOW. Comes at a cost though 25% extra, but I know someone who can get them. He did it this year. Let me know.

Also, me and a few others were thinking of minibussing it around Aus... who is interested??

If it means I don't have to pay for them all on Wednesday (assuming that's when tickets go on sale), I'd be willing to pay 25% more. I'm going all around the country for him and I'd want to be in the pit as much as possible. But paying that much for that many tickets in the one go on Wednesday through Ticketek/Ticketmaster would be an issue.

Jetstar actually wound up being astoundingly cheap (funnily enough). $50 flight to Adelaide and $110 (give or take) to Brisbane will do me nicely.
