Yeah, I know exactly what you are saying. I can just imagine how dry and dusty it will be....however, I don't think I can bear to miss it.

For those of us who aren't really that keen on roll calls and queues, the pit at Hanging Rock seems more appealing. I've got to travel anyhow, so I might as well head up there.

Can't remember, did you go to Sydney last time around?
Yeah I did, loved the Sydney show.

Anyone else feel like the demand is more intense this time? I found the 2014 pre sales in particular way smoother.

Wish I had've seen Prince earlier this year in Perth, will sadly never have the chance again now. Made sure I got these tickets. You never know.

Hot at Hanging Rock?

I am in North Vic and basically from Nov 1st to March it is 30 degrees everyday...we have to wear jumpers if it's 28!

Hot is 40 degrees

Which is a problem because if it's red catastrophic bushfire declared it's cancelled.

I don't think that's happened since Black Saturday.

I tried for 8 minutes for the Perth show. Kept getting the do not refresh message. By the time I got through, only $300 tickets were remaining. Not going there. I am planning on taking my son, but not getting my hopes up if the general release is like this one.

If I do buy a ticket, you can bet on your life that it will be 40 degrees and it will be cancelled.

Just the way my luck is going this year.

The site says has to be red catastrophic...goes ahead if rains etc.

And it will be next year so that jinx won't apply.

Standing round in the sun when it is 30+ won't be comfortable, or fun. Which is why I am not going.

The pit was in the shade by about 3 pm on both days last time, but I can imagine that hanging around for roll call and lining up wouldn't be all that much fun in the heat.

The die hards at the Adelaide shows in 2014 deserve medals for lining up days in a row in 40+ heat.

In 2013 we trolled in to the front pit at Hanging Rock after Jimmy Barnes, 45 mins before Bruce, and was about 4 people deep. Had a yarn to the bloke in front of me who had been there since 11am. Queuing is for suckers when you have a designated small front pit.

Definitely going to be a mix. A lot of earlier stuff (IE Greetings and WIESS) will get a big run as they did in the last few shows, which is great cos I haven't heard Saint and I am dying to hear it.

Cities that get two shows will get full River more than likely.

HR won't be roll call.

Land of Hope and Dreams......epic tune that goes up a notch or two live.
99/00 version is much better IMO.

There was no queuing at HR as it was lottery.
