Good luck Bryce in your new role. Hope the Crows fans appreciate you as we do. You could have easily dropped your head after last season's trade period but instead you played some really good footy for us this year, so well done.

Carlton was not long out of the hefty draft penalty period when you joined us. You were put in the leadership group in your first year. The club never really reached the heights during your time with us due to overall poor recruiting and a really bad choice of senior coach.

You missed our final against a West Coast due to injury (free to Walker anyone?) and helped your friend that night attend hospital. You played a few finals.

Just as the club is taking the right course to improve the list for sustained success, you are taking your path to what is best for your family and you.

Here's to 99 games with the Crows !

Had a brief yarn to Bryce at the track today (he spent a lot of time between Robbie Warnock and Billy Slater), only reinstates my opinion that the guy has left with the right intentions and also importantly with a lot of love towards Carlton. Can't wish him anything other than success at Adelaide
