Collingwood just have no direction in general, just in absolute limbo - not sure how much a new coach would change.

Do they think they're good enough for a flag or are they still in a mini rebuild?

To me it looks like they've built a list good enough to finish 9th and bottled the entire thing. Full reset required.

He's gone through a heap of crap and is coming out the other side. team plays exciting brand of footy and isnt getting wiped off the park like our sorry lot. He's fine, Collingwood are fine.

GWS, Geelong, Richmond and Dogs would be shitting themselves against us in a final. Now, that's not saying we deserve to make them or will, but we match up very well against number of top teams.

Lol no they wouldn't. Your current list haven't won a final and has been unable to stand up in big games consistently. The only team worried out of that bunch would be Richmond, only because they're mentally fragile.

Coll always beat geel, this year included.

It's just such an even year. Pies are a breath away from being 9-3 or 8-4 and there would be no discussion about bucks. They are clearly on the right track

Haven't been smashed by anyone so you could say you match up well on most. That said I won't be fearful until R22. If the same defeat in the same manner occurs then yes that would be the case, we have had an attitude adjustment since that loss.

Pies have me stumped. Is it an average skilled team being propped up by Buckley or Buckley holding them back.
Have NFI which it is.

*sigh*

Yes, the season exists in isolation. We've never being competitive against the team's I've listed, or in those games late.
You're delusional if you think anyone would prefer to not play Collingwood over a bunch of decent teams lol.

Early on in the season, the team was definitely being held back by Bucks. But now they are playing a much better brand of footy because they are finally off the leash. If the pies keep playing the way we are playing now, I will be happy, whether we play in the finals or not.

Need a better midfield setup, Treloar, Pendlebury, Adams should of killed us in the clearances with Gawn out and dominating the hitouts 65-14. Yet Melbourne broke even 35 clearances each, Melbourne winning centre clearances 14-9.

Any other coach would have been long gone let alone 6 years. He has a lot of media friends. Another round of media tonight should see it all through. Happy times
