The baby isn't due until the 20th December so you've still got another week (maybe more as first borns are usually late) to wait.
Lots of footy babies on the way! Buckley's, Lloyd's, Everitt's, Hamill, Riccuito just had a baby etc. March must have been a busy time of year!:)
For you guys I hope it's a boy with his dads footy talent (just like I'm hoping for a boy Lloyd!).

if they do have twins and they cant have 2 f/s picks in the 1 draft, would it be worth picking up one son one year, and telling the other son not to nominate in the draft and play williamstown vfl and pick him up the next year under f/s?
 
Didn't we draft both Heath and Brayden in the same draft? I remember we did, so it seems that if we were to sacrifice picks we'd be allowed.

But first things first a healthy baby for the Buckleys amd then we worry about the rest of the details.

1. You can have 2 f/s's in the one draft (Brayden and Heath Shaw, Geelong did it once too, and Carlton could've of picked 3 this year but would of had to use all their early picks).
2. You're getting a bit ahead of yourself.

Yep we did. Hmm if somehow they could get really busy and find a way to get 18 Buckley's of all shapes and sizes :D

That would be going a bit far, maybe but it would be interesting to see how many they do in fact have in the future, I am sure Eddie would love to see more then 2 Buckleys at the club one day as players.
 
I read in The Eye today that that Buckley's have been paid $95,000 from a woman's magazine for exclusive pictures of their baby. Not bad for a couple of snaps! Hopefully it'll go in a trustfund for the child.
I liked how Bucks was saying in an article a couple of weeks ago that he was going to be a hands-on dad, help Tania out etc. :thumbsu: I think he'll make a good dad. While I may hate his guts for 2 hours when you guys play us (Essendon), he actually seems like a nice guy.
Not that you guys would care but while we're on the subject of footy babies, the Lloyd's is on it's way. Lisa went into labour earlier today.

We took Brayden and Heath in the one year. The second costs a round 2 pick. Not sure what happens after 2.


As for the sex of Nathan's kid, Eddie said we've be holding a prayer vigil for a boy last night.

Hmmm, Ive loved Bucks as Ive grown watching the champ and wish for nothing but a healthy child but we'd hope that Buckley's missus can help compensate when it comes to the looks department.

With all due respect (seriously, I don't mean this as a troll), given the genetics of both of the parents, I don't think it's going to be the most attractive child :eek: But hey, as the old cliche goes, it's what's inside (and in this case, also footy talent) that counts.

EDIT: Well, the Lloyd's have had a little girl so it looks like we won't be getting our future FS pick up for a little bit. Hope you guys have more luck!

Nah, in all seriousness, I'm excited for Bucks and Tania, seems like they have been together and its so good to see them adding to their family! I hope they have a healthy child (and that HE is a really good footy player and loves it) and that Tania has a safe birth!

Can anyone else imagine Bucks in the park teaching Junior Bucks to kick on both feet like his dad taught him... aww

Congratulations to the Buckley's :) Hope mum and baby are doing well.
If Jett Buckley and Jaeda Lloyd got together imagine the football children they could produce! Actually, I'm hoping that Jaeda will marry Alex Hird and have lots of sons :p
