Home & Garden Building a fence in shared driveway.

We own the fourth/final unit in a strip of four townhouses. I'd love to put up a fence in between the third unit and our own. We park on the street so we don't need parking access. No one else needs access to the area in front of our unit either. It is a shared driveway though, so I'm assuming it could just be a blanket no? Can't actually find anything about it in any contracts we've got. I think we would probably be able to get consent from the neighbours, but haven't gone down that path yet.
