Jackson in the best. Russel would'nt have even been mentioned in Bullants best had he been playing. Crap player

Mate, bag him on performances not on a game he hasn't played in.

Good news about Jackson, bring the good son into the firsts against Essendon:thumbsu:.

McVeigh, Johnson, Lonergan and Watson are the one paced midifielders in their side, so who would Jackson tag this week?

I'd play Hadley on Watson and go head to head with the other three Bombers if they're selected.

We might not need Jackson this week.

sorry bout stoppping the updates , went to analyse oppostion of next week..... umm armfield kicked 2 goals playing HB and the commentatos said bentick WAS BOG by a mile....aiskae seemed to ge t abit of it and jacobs is injured

The only other midfielder i'd be looking at would be Stanton. He just gives you his all each week, but, like McVeigh, Johnson, Lonergan and Watson, he aint that quick. You could quite easily have Hadley go with Watson, and Bannister go with Stanton. I wouldn't even worry about the others. I'd back our midfield to out perform theirs.

Please forgive my ignorance and lack of detail however I am not completely familiar with all of our list.. But living around the corner I decided to wander down to (I beleive) the best suburban ground in the state, and have a look at my first Bullants game, I missed the 1st and a bit of the 2nd quarters. Overall from what I saw it was an ordinary game not helped by a strong wind and a non-existant grandstand thanks to some peice of shit arsonist. It took me a while to figure out who half the players were. Still not totally sure.. Bentick was very good from what I saw fierce up close and spotted up targets on the wing on a windy ordinary day. O'hAilpin was in everything at the end of the 2nd and seemed to have a decent day, Benjamin was good overhead in swirling conditions... I only really payed attention to the players I recognised, but a few faces only clicked right at the end....

Not sure about the below players.... if anyone can help?

Anderson (Yellow boots?/) had a few good tackles and seems to thrive on creating pressure.
14... Good game.. who was he?
11.. Presented well up forward.. who was he?
5.. Again who was he.
Also noticed an guy on crutches in a Bullants shirt outside the 'Atco' changerooms (again, thanks to that piece of shit arsonist).. I think this was Jacobs.

See, Wiggins leads well and is a strong mark. He should be F/F in the Blues and drop Fev

Are you related to Wiggo, because if you are we require full disclosure given the conflict of interest. How many games does he need to play in the seniors to convince you he is not up to it?

Dirk

Going off the top of my head now, IIRC none of the players you mentioned are Carlton listed, 14 is Morgan, 11 Boundy and 5 Iaccobuci

It's time Carrazzo stood up and nullified his opponent.

Carrots started as a defender who could beat someone as fast Davey, so he should go back to basics and tag a Stanton who is one of their fittest runners.

Or play him on Jetta or Davey.

Carrazzo's poor disposal didn't stand out as much when he was playing back pocket and concentrating on his opponent.

I went down to the game yesterday and was pretty disappointed overal with the performance of the Carlton players.

Aisake was very good in the ruck as was Jacobs until he did something to his leg in the second quarter and was taken off, didnt return. Jacobs is going to be a really good player. Aisake moves incredibly well for a big man and skills look very good to, shouldnt be too far off playing seniors.
Bentick was pretty disappointing in my opinion yesterday, playing against no AFL listed players and had no real positive impact on the game, skills let him down to.
Grigg wasnt too bad, played across half back and provided a little bit of run but didnt use the ball particularly well.
Anderson in back pocket, very quiet.
Armfield played in defense as well, on a a no name little prick who lead him to the ball continually. I left half way through the last quarter so his goals must have come after that.
Benjamin played deep in defense as well and had very little impact on the game.
Saddington was the best of the defenders, spoiled well.
Wiggins was poor, dropped many easy marks on the lead and used the ball poorly when he did get it.

Overall, it was a pretty poor performance against a side with no players of any note on their list. Anthony Raso played from them and did quite well at full back, shame he couldnt get a kick for us.

I wouldn't bother with Watson ..he turned the ball over nearlly every time he touched it against the Cats.
