And here I was thinking that Betts was a adequate replacement last night :)

Besides Matty retired, he wasn't delisted.

Joseph sounds like he's having a blinder for a first year rookie.....could be the one with enough grunt and intensity and footy pace to make an impression out of this years bunch.:thumbsu:

Could be a gun for us! Freakish goals and a complete livewire! Looks like a player who can show us brilliance and step up into the 1's ASAP!

Alot like Foley when he came to the Tigers. Explosive, in and under ball magnet with questionable disposal by foot.

We could do with his type in the middle.

Yes we could, but we need blokes who can hit a target, and from what I have seen of Joseph, this is a big part of his game that needs some work.

I'd give him a game ahead of Russell, Scotland and Houlihan if he has legspeed and contests every ball like his life depends on it.

No more vanilla slices.

The side needs another rover.

Hopefully we're holding off on choosing a second nominated rookie position because we're seeing who stands up.
 
Great Result, hopefully lift the spirits of the Blues players who played last night.

Good to hear Joseph starred, if he has a run & take em on attitude & some grunt we really need that.

Looking forward to hearing further reports.
