This is the team I would like to see take the field for the dogs this year ,based on all these players playing to their full potential.
You will you notice some regular players excluded. This is because I feel they have already played to their potential and its now time to give the younger ones a real go (not just 5 mins off the bench).
I feel certain players have been held back by Wallaces unwillingness to experiment, bought about by a fear of failure because we have been so close in recent years.Too often youngsters were asked to play in 5 minute spurts and when they failed to make an impact found themselves back in the VFL.

I also think that we have payed the price over the last couple of seasons for not turning over players. Weve got some very talented young footballers that might just take us to the next level, so lets put them in the team and on the ground and see what they can do.
Big improvement expected of Mark Alvey who is training the house down. Scott West is a long way ahead of the rest and is going to have another big season.
