yep, there is no way the hawks will overlook tambling at 2. i think its almost set that it will go deledio- 1 and tambling-2.

i think both those clubs would be after KPP with their second picks but that is just my speculation.

the doggies make a habit of making out of the box decision on draft day, they are very hard to predict. no point speculating. but from what i have read from another forum, a guy was sitting next to the doggies head recruiting guy (at the U18 carnivals), who he said was bagging roughead alot. i think griffen is the best available player at 3, so we'll have to see if the dogs given to the tempatation and pick a KPP at 3 because there wont be one worthy at 6.

Guess what they say about Richmond supporters is true.

He had Deledio and Tambling going to Richmond. They are the two best players in the draft.

Back to school and rub up on your reading schools you fool.

i think if i were teh tigers, dogs and hawks id go something like this:
1. Tambling - sensational talent.
2. Griffen - probably teh most equiped midfielder in the draft.
3. Deledio - great talent.
4. Franklin - better than roughead imo.
5. Roughead - 2nd best kpp.
6. Wood - will be a superstar ruckman.

Ah, unless Tigers now have picks 1 and 3 i dont think that we get Deledio and Tambling.

Read carefuly tigers>>>>>Picks 1 & 4 (although picks 1 & 3 would be very nice)

FOOL

Tambling WILL NOT last past Pick 2, so don't worry about that one!

...
That isn't saying much! Even their former coach says they stuffed up last time they had a #1 draft pick! :p

Eade has said Roughhead is in the mix for pick 3.A few in this thread may have to retract their words.I will concede Griffen won't make 6 so Eckerman or somebody else would go well at 6.

I guess that strategically it could be good to take a tall at 3. Why leave Richmond the choice of best small AND best tall? Call their (and Hawthorn's) bluff and maybe Griffen will last until 6.

On the back of shenanigans like the Veale deal, it wouldn't be totally surprising to see a gambit like this being used.

I wouldn't say there is no way
There is a good chance that Hawthorn can miss out on both the top kpp prospects if the Bulldogs take Roughead @ 3 & Richmond take Franklin @ 4
This would leave Hawthorn needing get one of the more speculative kpp @ 7 and miss out on a ruckman til 21, or vice versa

And 2 of the best 3 midfielders in the draft.

I'll put the slab in the fridge on that fact that Hawthorn will not take a KPP with pick 2.
