Have to admit they played bloody well tonight!!! Everyone thought theyd play a defensive flooding game, but they attacked and they came out on tops, and surprised everyone i think. The crows certainly werent expecting such an attacking brand by the bullies and got caught out by it. Who was on Grant in that second quarter??

Bad luck crows, but credit where it is due

Just saw a shot of the crowd...nice to know half the crowd didnt think it was worth staying till the end

Thats because they all went early down to their pissy shed to sharpen the knives for AYRES again this week :D

Well, I always stay to the end, but I don't blame anyone for leaving early. It happens at every game, with all teams, so don't start that rubbish about it only being at Crows games.

The team played crap last night. Looked like they were all on 7 seconds delay or something. Switched right off. Hopeless. Pathetic. Butterfingers.

They might be happy to be the second-rated team in town, the also-rans, but I as a supporter find that unacceptable, and the sooner they get their heads together, the better.

HOW MANY TIME DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU GUYS:)
THE WESTERN BULLDOGS ARE THE BEST WET WEATHER SIDE:)
I WOULD AGREE THAT ADELAIDE WOULDN'T BE THAT FAR OFF, BUT THE BULLDOGS HAVE THE SHORTEST PLAYERS AND PLAY WET WEATHER REAL WELL.
I RECKON IT WOULD'VE BEEN THE OPPOSITE RESULT HAD THE GAME BEEN PLAYED IN DRY CONDITIONS.
IT WILL BE TOUGH FOR THE CROWS NEXT WEEK BUT THEY SHOULD GET WITHIN 7 GOALS.

Crows did look a bit second rate. But maybe it was a one off. Youve been up for 7 weeks now, everyone has an off game here and there. The conditions suited the bulldogs running players a lot better, and they dominated the game. Not at any stage did the crows look in control of the game. Losing Burton in the first 5 seconds doesnt help either.

So very disappointing. :( I expected it though, you go through up and downs and last night was definitely a downer. I know it's been well documented but it really did look like we didn't want it enough. Libba and West seemed to be first to every ball, at the bottom of the packs, while we waited for someone else to do it. Our tackling pressure was non existent, they seemed to walk out of tackles while our skills...... well.... the less said the better. :(

With next week's loss we'll be 6-6 and probably a game plus percentage out if the eight (??) All is not lost though, if we can regroup after the week's break we have another couple of home games, which could put us back on track. But we'll need a much improved effort.

Yep...credit where its due!
Even without the help of the umpires decked out in red white and blue. The doggies had bite.

I was at the game and Chris Grant was the difference.
I think Mcgregor started on him, then Stevens and then Smart who played well to nullify the big plick:mad:

A few things that I noticed.....

Goodwin at fullback for the 3rd quarter?

Robran was missing until coming on in the last quarter?

Ricciuto rattled Rohan Smith teeth 3 times with classic Roo hip and shoulders

Jarman and Benny Hart made some terrible decisions

We missed our matchwinner in Burton

I gave my Crow votes to Welsh then Smart and Stevens pipped in for 1 vote

As for the crowd...Mob o pussys were too quiet for my liking.
I didnt see too many leave before the siren? However my eyes were focussed on the game

It was raining from the exact moment the ball was bounced and rained mist all night

And er...Go Crows:rolleyes:
