Busts

3. Mike Dunleavy - Isnt playing well to warrant playing time
11. Jarred Jeffries - Looks a poor 3, and an average 4
14. Fred Jones - Was a bust the second he got drafted at #14
19. Ryan Humphrey - Average player, almost a joke he was taken in the top 20
25. Frank Williams - Drafted low in first rd, but will have a career sitting on the bench

Surprises
22. Casey Jacobsen - Showing that he is a very good shooter, will be a decent scorer in this league on the right team
34. Dan Gadzuric - Seems like a very capable center who is getting good minute
35. Carlos Boozer - A real still.. providing goods coring and rebounding for his pathetic team
44. Lonny Baxter - Giving the Bulls some toughness, has made up for lack of height for a 4, with alot of heart and hustle
53*. Rasual Butler - Getting playing time
54*. Tamar Slay - Whatever minutes he gets at NJ hes making the most if it

* Doing well to still be on an NBA Roster

Solid Picks
1. Yao Ming - Most likely will become a superstar
2. Jay Williams - Has shown glimpses that he is getting used to Bulls offense and will be the star eevryone prediceted. His shooting has been ****
4. Drew Gooden - A nice scoring and rebounding 4 who can play the 3 too. Has produced well
7. Nene Hilario - Is going to be a very good player, tough, built like a tank.. and athletic
9. Amare Stoudamire -I'll say it now.. he will end up being in the top 3 players from this draft. Athletic, he has the smarts, great work ethic.. he can do it all.
10. Caron Butler - Isnt shooting too well, but doing fairly well for a rookie being the 2nd option on offense

I think its a little too early to call him a bust. He has been hurt most of the year.

I love this guy. He has all the moves, but will struggle for court time behind the likes of Kittles and Harris.

Will be a solid NBA player when his jumper improves.

Don't like this guy at all.

His weaknesses far outweigh his strengths, at this stage anyway.

That 'tank' stature is what is holding him back.

He needs to lose 20-30 pounds to regain the athleticism needed to be a star in this league.

I will go further.
Amare will be the PF of his generation. This kid does everything, he is a true monster.

Crap....your just saying that because your an MJ hater.

He is only getting 14.6mpg so you cant really say he is a bust. He is stuck behind some guy named Michael Jordan at the 3. Also Russell will come into the 3 before Jeffries too. At the 4 he is behind Leattner, Brown and Thomas. Has just gone down with an ACL so he wont be back til next season but he looks promising.

4.0ppg and 2.9rpg in 14 minutes isnt bad. Had 14 and 8 against Seattle earlier in the season so he can play.

I love it!!!

Shaq's ego is gonna take a pounding. Imagine him starting behind a rookie in the All Star Game....what a sight to see.

Time for a maths lesson?

Hint, million v billion ;)

Fan voting for NBA All star games is absolutely stupid. C'Mon Vince Carter, MJ and Yao dont deserve to be in it.. yet all 3 will propably start.

I know of a group of people getting thousands of people to vote for Lavor Postell.. and last time I heard he had 58000 votes.

Let the experts decide the all star teams.

Carter has been injured....and Yao is the second best center in the league.

But I like the fans voting, let's us see the exciting players and the players we love like Hill, MJ and Carter who will all probably be All Stars this season. We want to see these guys plays, isnt that what the All Star Game is about?

So MJ is more popular than Ricky Davis... so he plays and R.Davis doesnt.. even though Ricky D is absolutely killing it this year?

Carter = he is a leading vote getter

And as for 2nd best center.

there are complaints like this each year... g.hill with most votes.. injured players getting voted in as starters...

yep... the ASG is for the fans... its a popularity contest.. fans will vote who they wanna see... not necessarily the best players... the voting system is fine as it is....

whats with those frickin chinese eh? are they forgetting someone??? they should be voting in wang zhi zhi and mengke bateer... for the starting frontcourt for the western team !!!!! :D

Kareem Rush.
Too early to tell or long way to go?

If he could improve his shot selection, he would be a handy NBA player.

Although he isn't alone in his shooting woes, three quarters of the team can't shoot right now.

the all star game is all about a showcase and the reason for fans voting is so they can choose who they want to see
thats the whole reason for the all star game
saying that a player should never be judged on how many all star game appearances he has, unless ur judging entertainment value
