I've decided to use it - signed up Sunday night and paid the $650 fee for the full package.
A 'for sale' sign was installed yesterday and its live on realesate.com etc as of this morning.

What else do they give other than the sign and the web advertising? Good idea it seems, selling houses is not that difficult.

They also provide support (I think only during normal business hours) for any queries or concerns you have. I haven't had to use this yet - basically the $650 gets you the sign, the web exposure, unlimited changes to your ad during the process, and support during the process.
