Exactly. I welcome the Myriad of Pro Scotts Turkeys into this thread as it enables me to point out their stupidity. Problem is they're too stupid to understand the failings in Scotts coaching and how over his tenure we have wallowed in the sea of mediocrity. This is why I'm constantly posting 3 simple words in their native tongue. Gobble, Gobble, Gobble. :stern look
You'll be gobbling on the other side of your face when we win the flag in a few months.

Lindsay brings a manic forward pressure that no replacement on our list could bring. He is involved in a majority of our forward pressure. It's his offensive output that is missing.
Manic forward pressure? Thomas? Yeah nah his defensive efforts are sub par nowadays and his stats back this up. Way behind Turner and Garner with regards to manic efforts. LT needs to go back to Werribee

17 pressure acts.

Bettered only by Garner in our forward line against Freo.

Yeah so like i said, he isnt our best at it. What's worse is the brain farts he has along with his selfish acts this year and you can throw in his poor conversion then im unsure why he's even in the team?

It's time to go back to *head ville to suggest Thomas is manic pressure.

Lol.

About as much pressure as a dodgy warm blanket.

Scott must omit.

I'd be happy never seen again unless he changes.

I don't agree with the assumption that LT'Ss forward pressure is irreplacable. I think it quite replacable. The inclusions of Garner and Turner have made him somewhat redundant in his current form and as naturally north has stated above the current balance in the forward line contains too many of a similar ilk which impacts upon rotations. A proper mid rotation would be a better option than LT at the minute IMO.

Spitz is sacrificing on ball time so the call to replace him with a pure outside type is redundant and not what i would propse. A player who can chop out inside but link the lines too is required and i believe that with Higgins in there as well as say a Clarke would go a way to alleviate that. Unfortunately the use of Cunners and Dumont as two primary contested mids has made Swallow a round peg sqaure hole and we shouldn't have to sacrifice to shoehorn him in.

And JZ, yep, needs to be utilised differently but we can only do that by having options that can, again, play both in and out.

Playing out of form/out of role players does us no good in the short or long term, especially when we have options running around at VFL level who are showing form and have attributets that can be just as if not weven more effective. I think the coach is still showing that he is too emotionally invested in individuals and as a consequence the team is out of balance and suffering.
Well said man, just like to add..........i believe our current setup is impacting on LTs form. Only so much ball for the smaller guys to feast on.

Surely we all just sit back and laugh at how we lost last night. How else do we retain sanity?
I know I did.

Footy is just a game.
Sadly we are only one of 18 clubs who want to be the best and we are nowhere near it with how things are going. So what?
Not the end of the world.

I dont care for Brad or Swallow or Thomas. They mean **** all to me and my life.
Luckily or again sadly for me however, the NMFC does.
At the moment all are taking a massive piss on it and through all varied levels of passion, true North people on this board are struggling to accept that.

The 3 losses we've have this year under a kick. The 10 losses in a row. The continual let downs that this team is giving us on a weekly basis. Its bloody hard to deal with and accept.
Some posters on here are finding it tough outside of North, and hence the club is that release or that vent or hopefully that joy that allows us to function during the week.

End of the day things will get better. We cant stay shit for this long. So **** Scott, **** LT and **** Thompson's brain fades. Why? Because the exact same posters will be here dishing out credit when they do the club right. When you dont perform you get criticized. And when we do I know these blokes still get potted, but we have some of the best posters on this site cause said posters will still dish out credit when its due.

Its footy after all and we are all in it for one reason - to share the spoils when we rule the comp once again.

Hrovat and Williams...were in my 11 that you asked me to name...they weren't there in 2016.

So Brad Scott went down and Coached on Game Day at Werribee?

Better Coach than I gave credit.
Yes Williams and Rat were in your "11" hence why I didn't name them as being coached by Scott last year. But the ones I listed were coached by Scott, despite how many times you deny or deflect the fact.

Your comment about Scott's coach at Wereibee just proves my point that you think Brad only has an influence on game day!! Dont you think a review of their games at The Bees would have been done. How can you not understand coaching is more than what happens on game day? Have you been sucked into Wild Bills, coaches have no influence rhetoric?

The 9 were Coached by Scott.

They had no influence in games in 2016.

They have had some influence on 2017 games.

Drawing conclusions about the 2016 list and current list performance is illogical.

Good grief. What an echo chamber this hole of a thread is.
Never fails to surprise me.

I don't bother to rant and go ballistic because we had our run at it and we didn't quite make it. Not everything goes to plan. Two prelims and a massive increase in members is a massive plus that I'm happy to accept. Credit where credit is due...

We were all smiling and happy but it seems that feeling feels like 100 years ago reading this thread.

Your original comment was

The Coach has 12 players to Coach that weren't running around in 2016.
They may not have played AFL together but most were running around at training together. The coach has been preparing the players to slot into the team this year. He's not coaching them for the first time.

Not playing or coached together in 2016..

Williams
Simpkin
Preuss
Turner
Hibberd
Durdin
EVW
Hrovat
Wagner
Clarke
Mountford

Sorry...thats 11...not 12...who have come into 2017, and have not played together in 2016 at Senior level.
You then state they haven't played together in 2016. Most of these guys did play together in 2016, and most of them haven't played together in 2017. Name a game this year where these guys all played together?

It's the core group that played last year and this year that have been the problem. It's easy to compare these guys to last year. Again, your comments are nothing more than Scott Snake Oil.

Well start moderating to those who want to win not the "baddies" you shut down.

It's the *heads who back Scott etc who ruin discussion, like the IR, KK etc blokes who blow him.
If you don't agree with Saintly you 'blow' the coach. And to 'back' Scott is to be a '*head.'

What a post. What a poster.
