We haven't made the top 4 once.

We haven't developed 1 player into a genuine A Grader.

I said at the start of the year that if we didn't make top 4 then this year would be a fail. We are going to go out without any sort of a challenge in two weeks time. All the while destroying the fabric and culture of our club by giving the ass to players who were heart and soul types.

Every criticism of Scott's in-game coaching in this thread could have been applied tonight. But the games are not being lost on the field. The team are not up to scratch in terms of skills or ability to match it with opponents. The die was cast months and even years ago.

North have probably actually punched above their weight if you look at the returns over the past couple of years compared to the skill level of the team.

As for the Brad doesn't give kids a go, ummm didn't they say we have debuted the least amount of players in 3 over the last 2 years. Yep he sure plays the young'ns when the older guys are injured or out of form

We have guys on the list who are capable but have completely stagnated the last 2-3 years. Not good enough.

Along with the Admin, responsible for setting a culture with limited goals and no set standards with anything remotely close to high performance.

Even though I'm glad JB is moving on he has left the club in a better place than he found it, and for that will always have postive memories of his contribution, but can't say the same for Brad.

2 prelims in 7 years and moving on a massive chunk of the list while retaining the coach, contract or not is such a half arsed cleaning of the slate.

We are going backward real fast. Next year would be a nightmare.

We need a real coach who can teach the players basic skills (goal kicking, tackling, passing) etc
Really need a strategic coach

7 years, we rose, we had a crack and now it has clearly failed, if the club is seriously talking about rebuilds Scott is not the man to do it. He has had his chance, time to move on for the future of the club

You know if you are a good coach that will have a chance at flag you need to be winning 60-65 percent of your games over the time as coach of theclub Brads at about 48 percent
