It's funny how no one at the entire club has said they wanted Ljp out and no one has said they wante boncer as captain either. boncer34 has also not confirmed that he wants to be Dragons captain, he pretty much hated the club and only got traded to sort the whole RUL bullshit and he's only been here for 3 or 4 weeks, so in summary, the bombers are in the spotlight for the wrong reasons and beez has told okeydoke7 to bring out the old "worst captain ever" bullshit.

But seriously, it must be hard to sit down and relax with that knife in your back. I'd ignore me and start looking for culprits. I don't think Easty is involved, as he knows he isn't the next option. But 2 players jump out as the likely sources to Mr. Samuelson. If I was to speculate I would say MD and The Half Back are involved. MD has been posting some terrific previews and reviews lately, and I think is one of the great improvers. But the more he does the more he realises needs doing. He is hungry for success and desperate for a shift at the top. The Half Back's reaction to this thread screams guilt. Everything from character assassinations to conspiracy theories, The Half Back is in damage control mode! Interesting times at Dragon Island!

I'm saying you two come across as likely suspects in terms of where the revolt started. Neither of you will be captain, but both of you may want Boncer to overthrow LJP. Shame on you both, and shame on the rest of the players that you convinced.

I enjoy the media threads because I studied journalism and genuinely enjoy writing. I think that media threads increase the fantasy element of the competition. And they are probably my strength (majority of my media articles are not about me). They probably give me more responsibility, because I commit to having to post a weekly time consuming review/vote/award.
None of this would happen without the matches though. They are still the most important part of the SFA. But at the moment, most people like the match threads because they can talk about their favourite food, their pets, songs they like, TV programs, furniture and mandarins. The matches themselves and the banter that ensues, I love it! But the pages of crap is irrelevant (but if it adds to the fun for some posters, go for it).
You act as if I don't post in match threads. This idea of match threads being my weakness only came about because I put it in the public domain. I still feel as if I contribute as much as most others, I have just made it known that I have struggled to adapt to the sheer amount of activity.
It could be worse, I could crave responsibility, demand the limelight and then think it gives me the right to complain about every single thing that happened.
