ONe of the players I would have keeped. The fact that he was from Adelaide was probably why we let him go.
A great player for the Tigers. Took time to develope with his consistency in the last few seasons being his strtength.

Hope he doesn't do a Blakey and play for ever.

Whats done is done. No regrets.

Welcome to Tigerland Kane.

Q 1. Is there only room for one Kane????????????????????????????

I think the loss of Torney is yet to be measured but i am disapointed that he is gone as he was a very consistant and reliable player :( however i wish him the best at the crows and will follow his career with interest

May fortune smile on you jason except when you play us:D

Answer: YES

Seeing there's only room for one KANE, KAYNE Pettifer should be ok then :p (unless you we're talking about something else that completely went over my head:confused: )

Can you guys give us a bit of info on Torney i.e. what roles is he suited to, can he play midfield, does he play on small forwards, is he a good rebounder etc.

Thanks.

Jason Torney's ability, endurance and reliability has been sold short throughout this entire trading period, and a trade for Pick 46 is an insult to the guy.

The price you pay, I guess, for playing in an underperforming team who continues to play the role as the whipping post when it comes to talk of trades.

We've been seriously rubber-gloved by the Roos and the Crows in this deal ...

Yep. It's not often we give up anything worth much...how many ex-Tigers play on at the elite level? Torney is a quality player with many years still ahead of him. I wish him all the best for the future. I guess I now have a reason to watch Crows games. :D

lol me too.
