I hope you guys win against Adelaide. Subiaco deserves a worthy sendoff. Freo's 104 point flogging was a disgrace.
Nah, let the away team come back from 5 goals down at 3/4 time to win by a point like what happened at footy park :p

I'm intrigued.
I'm coming for my first (and I guess final) game AT Subiaco.

Due to unprecedented sales, we have gone into re-order for all Farewell Subi jumpers!
What did they order like 2 sets of 22 of something...

As something to wear - disgusting

As something to hang up in the pool room - amazing

I caught my wife ordering one for me today - I told her I'm too old to wear guernseys anymore and she said she'd thought I'd like to frame it.

I haven't been to too many games but the most memorable for me was

2015 QF: The whole day the rumours was Priddis as a late out came true and thought geez we gonna get smashed in the middle plus the weather had me worried. The game was the best I have ever seen Eagles play in front of me. I rewatched the game twice the following week and we looked so good.

2015 PF: The first qtr was a disaster and I drank the 1st qtr away. 2nd Quarter was when it got better and still remember that LeCras goal miss.

2014 WCE vs GC Sitting behind the goals right where Gov kicked it with only minutes to go.

2016 WCE vs FRE Derby: first ever game where the Eagles won against the Dockers. Made up for that crap one where I went to in 2012 and Eagles got thumped.

2015 WCE vs Adelaide: Emotional game.

I got the Farewell subi jumper, looked like the 2nd pre-orders are sold out now. I just want it to remember the times at Subi and maybe down the track will frame it at the same time when I frame my 30th Anniversary Jumper. Can't though really see myself wearing it for next year. Plus too it might be the last ever Puma jumper I get if the rumours are true Eagles are going to ISC next year!

Woosha on 6pr last night said his two best Subiaco hits were Dermott and going back with flight and collecting Tony Modra. I thought Glenn Archer one was pretty good too.

A few people have mentioned Carlton semi in 2011. Jack Darling mark and goal from outside 50 in the last was bloody special for a first year player. Shame his best moment in a final was in his first one.

Getting beaten by Hawthorn in 1991 QF, but coming back to beat them the next year was great too.

Some good memories from 1987 to now, but lately have been let down attending such a shit stadium every second week. Especially when you've travelled and been to G, Etihad and Adelaide. Had fonder memories standing up on the Roberts rd side terraces as a kid, than sitting where I do now.

Dont see an issue. The crime is actually having wooden seats in a stadium in 2017 and calling them premium

QFT

Good riddance to the worst AFL stadium in the country. Past it's useby date about 20 years ago.

Best memory: walking out of that hole today knowing we never have to come back. So long to my crappy bench seats, sh*t beer, sh*t food, Carlton United rubbish everything, disgusting toilets, having no roof, queues for anything, subiaco council, the Vic and the Subi for their overpriced everything gouging every supporter for the last however many years, the woman behind me who constantly screams "KIck it!" randomly every five minutes, .... and, I'm spent.

What does it say about the 2 WA teams' last match at Subi?

One beats the team on top of the ladder to miraculously make it into another finals campaign.

The other gets belted by 100 points for the 3rd time in the season.

I hope Perth Stadium continues similar trends for both clubs :)

I'm going to neg everyone in this thread.

Great, now Western Australia loses an ICONIC football ground all because James Packer and our pollies, motivated by greed and power, wanted to re-locate our home of football to funnel people into Crown Casino and rake in more $$. Just LOL. Shaking my head.

Clearly haven't been to Adelaide Oval...

Standout memories

B. Cousins return game. Whole crowd on their feet. Tears in my eyes
Loss to WB in 1995 (my first AFL game)
Loss to Sydney in 2005 QF
Win in 2015 PF against North. Thought we were done at the half.
The game when Ballantyne thought he won the game after the siren and hit the post

In 50 years time we can redevelop subiaco and move back

Was a good vibe at the game, well done to all that came. Looking forward to the big move to Perth Stadium
