Two things freddy, that is not the case from wear i am sitting, Hampton remind me very much off the Ruperstwood side last year, up and running, young hungry group, with a small blend of that older group which has helped you get to 9-1, the question now is how will hampton respond ?

Sides will work out how to defeat you, and more often, but let's be honest - the amount of hampton blokes on here pumping you blokes up is increasing which is why you have copped the treatment over the last 4 days, deal with it or have your blokes stop posting crap, don't see anyone from parkdale, nodders, monash, and a few other sides claiming they are the greatest team of all.

Uncle Mick i think a rivalry started when last year hampton went and cried to the vafa over a so called behind the play incident in which one of your players had his nose split across his face. in my days you would of just walked it off haha soft. Oh good to see though that he played in the granny and shat his pants when near the ball hahaha. The Monds may have a few big fellas out injured for a while but see who popped his head into the clubbies for the Monds on Sat M. Miller.Hopefully he can recover from the shocking ankle injury incurred last year, one of the worst ever. Also heard on the grapevine that an ex AFL player that played over 100 games could bob up before clearances close at a district club in C grade....

I agree! With Matt Jones, Matt Martinov & Ash Russell not playing you would have thought Beckett would be an automatic inclusion. I think he has roughly 48 goals in the 2's so far, what more he has to do is beyond me.

Also agree with why didn't the 6'6' kid playing for the Dragons play on Saturday? Not sure what is going through Barney's head.

Don't necessarily disagree G.R. But a possible explanation is that he's as big as a blimp and sides at senior level will run off him. Forward line defensive pressure is just so important these days. Would like to know what our game plan is though.

Beckett is a waste of talent, cannot stop himself eating. If he was disciplined he could be a huge assett but clubs simply run off him if they see him play, ask Burgs when at Fitzroy ... Cannot have Ash Russell and Beckett in the same team ever!! Heard last night that the Rovers have at least 4 very handy inclusions for the big clash at the Gunn.

Very true words there champ. Aside from these w@nks that have come out of the woodwork on here, they are a very good side. Surprised they've lacked the consistency to be sitting at 5-5. Guess it shows how even the comp can be.
