Bouncing with all disrespect Ajax are an absolute disgrase they'll be counting there david stars if they aren't relegated,

My predictions::confused:

Caulfield
Beauy
Mazenod
Camberwell
Rupo
Parkdale
Geelong
Ormond
Ajax
Fitzroy

the jackas had a shocking run with injuries to key players this year but were still competitive in most games. plus they are taking time to adjust to the way bernie wants them to play so the story goes.top coach and a full list and they'll be thereabouts.

the monder boys are up and about and sounding confident. you having them in the relegation stakes won't please 'em. i'd have 'em above the vultures and ogc at the very least.

Don't underestimate Fitzroy, they are a club on the up, they will be a different force from there last tilt at "C" Section. The clubs that are in "C" section this year have so much upside that given a few players here and there could make all the difference. The key to Rupppo in 2010 will be the desire and commitment to take our club to the next level. We are a district club, proudly so, we are from Sunbury, to be the best district club in the Ammos by 2014 should be our aim. 2010, a year to consolidate, aim high and see how it all unfolds.

So no affiliation with or acknowledgment of Salesian College Sunbury then KB?

Fitzroy are currently in negotiations to sign Grizzly Bear and Andrew Bird over summer to complement their 2008 signing, The National.

Good point, we don't have the old boys as such as we are a young club, but without Salesian we are very little, i think we are regarded as a district club by the VAFA, what i think: We are nothing like St Bernies OEG, OXavs, De LaSelle, so possibly we are currently a district club evolving to an old boys club with the help of salesian college and our forward thinking successful committee.

What a lot of bulls hit KB. You are an Old Boys club so be proud of it, your as much a district club as OEG or St B are...
Worst post I have seen this month!

I fully appreciate why you wish to elevate your club to district status KB. Regrettably for you such illustrious distinction is only bestowed on a chosen few. Nice try though.:D

Isn't Dyson the Prez at Old Trinity and doesn't Andrew play there?

I have heard elsewhere that Dysons son plays for the school he went to, which is fair enough when you take into account;
1. Fitzroy Football Club had not merged with the Fitzroy Reds when he started playing;
2. He might have just played there cos thats where his mates play anyway.

Whatever Dysons involvement with the other club is his still holds his position on Fitzroys board last I heard.

he was o.t/s president last season. there's clearly a school association somewhere. perhaps scribe can shed more light on it.

Pretty sure Dyson has stepped down from presidency at OTs and is also no longer the Chairman of Fitzroy (which he was this year as part of the transition back to an active on-field entity).

Andrew has played OTs since he finished school in 2002 (?). Not even sure if he even played Fitzroy juniors as I think he lived with his Mum when going through high school.

Definitely an OT through and through.
