I wanna see how far Gunn Reserve's typo makes it along with other tipster's copy-alter-pastes ...

dammit 3 pts and a timekeeping issue away from 5 correct tips![]()
No Ammo, that was the week before against Mazenod, we were shocking that day. Apart from the 2nd qtr against CGS we were playing well. Was always going to be a big ask to beat them though.Didn't want to draw attention to not picking the brown and blues I'd guess.
It was a big ask to beat the flag favs but it looked like one of the clubs worst performances for the year. No excuses, but is there any explanation?
They were just too good and once again we had one bad quarter which didn't help.
Hear on the grapevine that the 3 point win by Camberwell over Mazenod might have had another timekeeping issue.
Still bitter about last year? very easy to look for excuses and blame time keepers when your staring at a double drop.
A bit confusing there BB - how can highlighting a time-keeping issue between OC and Mazenod have anything to do with apportioning blame for Ormond's season thus far?
I know there was a similar issue between OC and Ormond in 2009, but GR isn't saying Ormond have fallen victim again, only that the issue has risen again in relation to another OC game. Nothing to do with Ormond this time, as far as I can tell.![]()

Must win this week against Old Geelong to gain some much needed confidence.
It's not me saying anything Scribe, this has Bedford written all over it!A bit confusing there BB - how can highlighting a time-keeping issue between OC and Mazenod have anything to do with apportioning blame for Ormond's season thus far?

Keano, you're right, we don't have the confidence at the moment, I guess that comes with an extremely young group. The losses to Rupo & OC knocked the sails out of us as we were in positions where we shouldn't have lost. We did & after a few more losses its a hard rut to get out of.
That loss did not send us to C, the loss in the last round to Rovers did it. The only thing a win over OC would have done would have been a tad more confidence after 8 losses in a row.The point i was trying to make Scribe, was that particular loss last year sent them to C Grade - this meant a handful of the clubs better players left and it now is reflected on their current position on the ladder.
Whoops, sorry, a bit lazy there.
You all look the same to me,
you Ormond crew,
bedecked in your dark brown
and brilliant bright blue
Hope you belt OGGs this week.
T'would be rather handy.
Hmm, I'm writing poor poetry
Might need a nip of brandy
