I was there and was listening to Mitchell's address at both breaks but cannot recall him saying anything directly to Bryan.... care to elaborate?

What I can recall is Mitchell not saying anything really inspiring at all..... to anybody!! I don't think he communicates as well as he should as a coach.

Will do tonight when I upload some stuff back at home. Went out for a rather large one last night - and couldn't resist giving a taste of the good things from training yesterday when I got home this morning:cool:

When will poeple wake up and smell the rotten Bryan cheese?? The guy is no good FFS!!! Have people not been watching for the last 2 years?!?! He's lazy.... If you equated all AFL footballers to job seekers, Bryan would be the first one down at the local centrelink looking for his cheap handout every fortnight... then go an pi$$ it all up.

Denis is right to dislike him. Personal issues?? How do you know that?? What a load of crap. If you ever really watched Bryan play, (and I mean really watch him, not just when he gets the ball, but his workrate off the ball) you'd wanna take out a restraining on him to prevent him going within 500m of a football field anywhere.

That post is typical of someone who knows nothing about football or footy club culture.

I must admit Mitchell looked a little strained that day, as he well might have been. It wasn't his greatest performance.

At 3/4 time, Bryan was looking pretty pleased with himself for taking a speccy. Mitchell made it pretty clear that he wasn't there to play the hero - he had a job to do and he wasn't doing it. Further, Bryan had no right to look happy when the team was getting smashed.

The difference between AFL and VFL is the difference between a professional and an amateur. Bryan is an amateur.

Talent wise that is probably correct, but in the eyes of those that counted at Carlton, De Luca >>>>>> Bryan based on work rate, professionalism etc. Personally I would like to see Bryan make it, but he is going to have to turn things around fairly quickly because he probably only has another year to prove his value to the club.

Bryan still hasn't been seen on the track... Simmo and Lappin have been given 2 weeks off after Ireland, Kouta showed up after training on Friday. Have not seen Bryan at all - or Fish this week for that matter.

Does anyone know what is wrong with Carraz - he has been just doing light lap running - no skills or drills

Both had post season knee ops.
 
i agree don't judge Players until they at least Play a few games first
they might surprise you i wait til they play at least half a season
