I picked up an icecream churn from an op shop for $4 or $5 years ago ....still works well

You can freeze and fork or freeze blend freeze if you dont have one

Condensed milk works well because it gives you creaminess without ice,,, add a splash of vodka(malibu) to stop freezing too
