Injury/Rehab Calf - Torn Tendon

I've torn a tendon in my calf, been plenty of ice thus far, but am unsure what more to do, how long it will take to heal, anyone know?

sure it's a torn tendon?

ligaments and tendons have poor blood flow so recovery is way slower then with muscles
