Is there actually a need for another mod? I mean, it's not like rick actually did anything outside of his initial flurry of infractions.

All three of the current mods are struggling to spend as much time here as we once did, so the need for a 4th to come in and help out is probably necessary, especially during the season just to ensure that at least 1 mod is online for much of the time.

If Dylan doesn't want it the names that immediately come to mind are Pappagallo, Schulzenfest and Raman.

You don't have to be a mindless drone with no opinions, you just have to have a bit of insight and stay level headed, as well as being fairly prolific. All would be good candidates. It's a thankless job though.
