Pants: "Someone stole it!"
Alex: "Jordz took it"
Pants: "How the **** did he get that?!?"

Me:

Never had this 'lag compensation' thing or seen it until I seem that video, if we are talking about lag because the host has a shit connection, then yes.

My 360 has never frozen on me whilst playing bops2, in fact, I traded in my ps3 when bops came out because o the constant freezing and ridiculous drop in frame rates and shitty connections.

360 shits all over ps3, that is fact, 360 never has any of these problems ps3 users talk about, yet, they are the majority of people talking shit about the game.

.
You're delusional if you have never came across a lobby where you put 15 bullets into someone and that person drops you in 2 bullets and, when you look at the kill cam you get 1 bullet on him. Lag compensation is used in all CoD titles that don't have dedicated servers if it didn't have Lag Comp you would know who is hosting because, that person would never die in a match and would constantly drop 100+ kills every game.

in case you didn't realize Black Ops 2 was made on the Xbox and is yet another shitful port attempt by Treyarch.

oh are you 13 years old mate??? "Xbox is better, PS3 is junk"

The other thing that annoyed was that enemies starting descending on it's location so I killed some only to try and have a better look at how I would get it only to see it gone.:(

Never had an issue with system lag on the 360, if we are talking about the original 360 then that system had its issues, and is most likely what is causing issues for people on bops and bops2 who are still using the old 360.

The updated 360 they bought out runs like a gem, I'll admit I had the RROD on my old 360 which is the reason why I purchased the ps3, but since purchasing the updated 360 I have not had any issues what so ever.

The only time I get lag issues is when I can't find a host who's in Australia.
Dude, I suggest you take a look at the BF3 thread. I don't care for that game in any way, but go look over there. The majority of users again are PS3 guys and yet look at how much talk there is about 'lag' or 'connection issues'. There's next to none and when there is, it generally affects both 360 and PS3.

The system being used has zero effect on connections (there ain't no super Ethernet port or incredible new wifi on board the newer 360's, I can tell you now). Facts are, if you're connecting to someone on the other side of the country you WILL lag, there is literally no way to not have lag there, especially on P2P connections. Nor does paying for XBL. Neither of these factors you're mentioning have any affect.

I wouldn't be surprised if you aren't noticing the lag, it's not a detriment to you or your playing ability. Just that some don't know exactly what they're seeing and it can happen in such a way that you just don't really notice it (like it was for the first few hours on Blops 2 for me).

I remember back in COD4 when I first started it up I was getting moments where I'd pump several shots into a guy, he'd turn around and kill me, then on the killcam I'd have only put like 2 bullets in. Coming from Resistance: Fall of Man (a dedicated server game), I had no idea why this was happening or what it was about. It frustrated the hell out of me but I just accepted it as being the game.

I'd say if you look hard enough while you play, you will see more than a few of these moments pop up and eventually you'll see them happening more and more frequently. Because there's no way you're not only not getting lag, but there's no way you're the only person in the world not getting lag compensation. Because everyone gets it.
The only exclusive PS3 games to play, that's what i meant.

I'll be getting a PS3 just for UC 1,2,3 and The last of us.
Anyone that buys a system solely to play one franchise or series is doing themselves a MASSIVE disservice.

Why spend all that money just for a couple or a few games? Why not get the entire catalogue of games that you couldn't play on the other system? If you like games, there's bound to be a bunch of franchises that you do like. inFAMOUS, Resistance (if you like Halo, would be fairly hard to dislike this), LBP, God of War, Metal Gear Solid and a copious amount of awesome Downloadable titles.

I shouldn't have to mention this stuff, but if you're going to be ignorant to the other stuff out there, it's worth knowing that there's a heap of quality to look for as well. And as I said, if you like games, this stuff WILL appeal to you.

why not just let people spend their money how they want to?
Nobody was saying any different? Just offering friendly advice that you're doing a disservice to yourself if you're a gamer and not looking at other options (and considering Supercats also likes plenty of other games - not just a COD addict it would suggest he is).

Can't offer advice without being shut down? What next...

Never paid any attention to kill cams, so wouldn't really be able to say one way or the other, still don't understand the constant bitching however.

My time on bops2 has been very good, couple maps I dislike, couple small little things I hate such as the quick scoping and camping, but besides that I have no complaints about it.
