As I posted about a week ago, we WILL pick up Cameron Cloke with our second PSD pick - it is definite. No agility + no hardness + no skill + a bad attitude + terrible hair = let's pick him up!! What are the recruiting staff thinking?!?!

This is the second time i've asked you this question. Would you like to tell us how you know this piece of information. You don't have to reveal your source, just tell us how you know!!

We just rid ourselves of the majority of our recycled duds this year and are finally getting some young talent to fill there spots, the last thing we need is more duds on the list and that includes Zantuck the pot bellied pig.

Re Cloke...couldn't give a stuff as long as we get a backup ruckman should Ackland or Maclaren get injured. I'd go for that Griffiths guy first, then Keating....but really it doesn't matter a great deal as hopefully by the end of next year either Aisake or Hampson can take a bit of the load in the event of injuries...we just need someone capable of providing a contest for next year only...if they kick on great...but unlikely with no.2 PSD pick.
If we going to pick up a kid you'd think we would have already done so.

If you speak to people who live in the Ringwood / Croydon area where they live two things would stand out to you.

A/ Cameron and Jason are regulars at the local, drink heavily and are full of themselves.

B/ Their oldman (alias manager - dave allison memories) is full of himself. Parks in the disabled spot at the shops out there and thinks he is it and a bit. I think someone used the words (*****).

Combine a poor off field attitude, a pain in the **** manager / father and question marks over their playing abilities, then the calculated risk is not worth taking.

fair enough. i just thought someone who can ruck for 2007-2008 would be a nice inclusion, just giving him a chance. but that above post changes my mind a fair bit.

Carlton's announced who's training with them in the leadup to the PSD and Cameron Cloke is nowhere to be seen. There's no way we'll draft him.

lets not forget, Zantuck had a one a year deal as Essendon in 2005.

You'd have thought he'd relish the oppurtunity - but as usual, he and his "mates" were up to their usual tricks:

• Clubbing too much before game day
• Associating with underworld figures (he was seen at Lewis Moran's funeral)
• Been reported that he (or someone he knew) threatened Essendon FC staff

I'm all for players being given a second chance, but I'm finding it hard to find the differences between the situation he'd be in with us, with the what he had at Essendon.

Johnny mate, you're copping what I copped when I suggested we pick J.Cloke, looking back at that I have no idea what I was on at the time. To answer the Cam Cloke question, well, I'd would rather take Jason... and that says something. As for you saying he's mobile, his mobililty is ok at best, but he's a dumb ******** who doesn't look to have a footy brain whatsoever.

Just heard on S.E.N today that Liam Pickering thinks that we being Carlton will pick up Cam Cloke???? not sure as he hasnt been at training yet.
