Keeps his feet when opposition plays fair. When idiots do behind play niggling, scragging, pinching and grey area tactics - not to mention crying to umpire and getting a free as well - Rayner knows how to play that card back on them too.

Wonder why that Geelong game was the first ever time Rayner had to use this tactic in his 150+ game career. Clearly lot of by-play going on with Mark O"Connor. It'll be funny if we happen to get past pies and meet Geelong again. I'm sure there'll be a few tactics up on the board if it happens.

Yep mentioned it earlier. That one and thr final quarter one from about 55 on his left. Mirroring the one he kicked in 2024 prelim.

Rayner owes brent Wallace an apology. Ruined his chances of umpiring a grand final with his flopping.

Umpires might learn from now on don’t give Rayner frees.. little bit similar to the boy who cried wolf story.

Can’t tell if his flopping or it’s legit.
