Galneryus, Concerto Moon and Ark Storm to name but three great bands.

Admittedly though if there is a flaw it tends to be in the vocals, but they're more than adequate enough for me.

Watching American Idol last night me and the woman came to a realisation that we have never heard or seen a good Asian singer in our lifetimes.

IMO they have a genetic flaw that just gives them crappy singing voices, especially when it comes to the females. Theres the odd male who can crank a tune but no female. Id like to be proven wrong

Hey Embers, thats a pretty ignorant comment. You have based all your findings from American idol? Previous seasons did have asian singers in the top 20.

Check out these youtube clips, they arent famous, but they are asian, and they dont seem to have the genetically flawed singing gene that all asians seem to have, from your scientific findings

Sort of half way between singer and rapper, Lyrics Born was born in Japan and raised in the states. He used to call himself Asia Born, but changed his name so he wouldn't alienate his audience.
