This year for the first time in a long time, two players are on track to break the tonne, both Fev and Buddy. Fev looks very switched on this passed couple of weeks and in that mood is capable of anything...

How many do we all think he'll kick this season? I reckon both can and probably will. It makes for an awesome Round 22 fixture if both players are in vacinity....:thumbsu::thumbsu:

If Fev keeps his head on straight for the rest of the season he will be a big chance.

I agree with you both Buddy and Fev can kick a 100, don't discount Daniel Bradshaw as a outside chance who is capable of 100 as well

F*** the ton.... Fev could win the Brownlow if he has enough big games. Arguably 6 votes in the last 2 games. He'll have some quiet weeks, but if he can offset those with enough 5-8 goals performances, and our midfield continues to run rampant he'd have to be a chance.
 
Fev is currently averaging 4.75/game, over 22 games that is 104 goals.

Fev would need to make sure he did not go goalless or with just 1 goal and keep away from suspension and injuries to have an outside chance. I think he can kick 80+ for sure but not confident on 100.
 
Brendan Fevola can pass the ton if he keeps playing consistently. He also needs to stay of the grog and he has to stop complaining when the white maggots don't give a free to him. :thumbsu: CARN THE BLUES
 
If Fev gets isolated in the FWD 50, like last week, he could easily get 85+

Good that they have woken up to that fact, that if you leave Fev one out, he will will 50% of the contests, and if het gets it in there 10-15 times....

For the amount of times I've been infracted for far lesser offenses than that, I can only hope you cop your right whack from the mods.

For the sake of the argument, he would have 6 votes in 4 games thus far... he would need only 4 more 3-vote games from the remaining 18 rounds to poll 18 votes... henceforth it's very feasible that he's in with a chance. Franklin in the same boat.

Yeah that's right, but he didn't have a midfield supply like he's got this year. Which is only going to get better the more games we play...

I was surprised that his biggest career bag is 8, I think at some stage this year he'll top that, and with some luck it'll be this weekend. Carroll will get torn apart:thumbsu:

Can he stay sober ?

Last time he had a season off the gas he kicked 84, and with Judd and Murph and Gibbs feeding it to him now and the new hands-in-the-back interpretation he should be able to improve on that.

And why not the brownlow ? You've gotta get 3 votes every time you kick 7 surely ?

Wasnt the Millenium match part of the home and away?

He booted 12 that night against the filth :)

But I reckon that with a decent supply coming into the forward line quickly enough that he can get one on one with his opponant, then there is no reason why he cant kick 4-5 goals a game with bags of 6-10 goals coming more often as the midfield gels :)
 
I personally believe Fevola has signed a new contract, or is very close too. He loves it at the moent. Lets hope he continues. I love his celebrations yesty. Could easily kick 15 this week :p
 
dount count out if Buddy gets Injured of Susspended would help so ya never know handy with lloyd and Lucas both out more we get the less chance of LLoyd catching up which is very Doubtful
shows what Buddy can do Fevola can go one goal Better :)
I as hoping Fev Would kick lot of goals more then Buddy the better will come in handy only 2 goals behind we want buddy to have a quiet day this week coming :)

What's with the attitude? The guy made the point that if Fev has enough big games he could possibly win a brownlow...don't think you need to tear him a new one because you might disagree.

It was 86 in 20 rounds, he was suspended for 2 rounds.
