Can someone tell me how to stop receiving e-mails from here?

I have looked in the settings but can't see how to turn off this 'feature'. When I post to an existing message or a new thread I receive an e-mail to say that someone (insert name here) has replied too my message and then I have an option (URL given) within the mail message to unsubscibe to this message and another link to unsubscribe to all messages which I have clicked on. This doesn't appear to help.

Go into user cp, edit options & click no for the email notification.
