Gee, Carlton are becoming good at overcoming adversity. Campo and Lappin out late but they never looked like losing. Very cool in the last quarter. Disciplined. And .... we got to see Plunkett in the big stuff. Doering got better as the match progressed. Wiggins showed something when he got on the ground. Kouta is improving week by week. Hulme is a star and Ratten again, the gun. Even Lance got some good touches. A step forward is better than backwards.
The game was frustrating to watch as we did the hard work to get the breaks and then let in some easy goals through poor turnovers. But, once again, we had some real positives.
Bring on the Pies!!
