If the situation were reversed Vettel would ask the stewards to take a look, and if Hamilton took a penalty half the posters enjoying/praising Vettel's behaviour right now would accuse Hamilton of whining.

I couldn’t imagine Vettel pulling Hamilton onto the top step in that moment.
Very different people. Lewis wants universal love no matter his faults.
Vettel is a true German, couldn’t give a stuff about the love.

The vision looked like he was gathering the car not changing his line . If there was no wall lewis passes , but there was a wall . Penalty is wrong .
