Where does that guy get off, reckons he is going to play for another 4 years, well if he does play for 4 years, at least we all know he will infect essendons youth in that time.

Why are we posting about an Essendon player on the Carlton board?
Because he had enough to say about carlton, like lack of support from the club and closer to playing in a premeirship, the guys a tool.

That's it!

I wanna hear a "meh" from everyone.

He's a Don now. Nothing more.

.... Although, I'm suppose to deliver a message to Campo at the Carrara game. It's from a friend of a friend of a friend...

I hope he does play for another 4 years, because if he is still getting a game at Essendon in 4 years time, it means they would be really struggling. He would be lucky if he had 4 good games left in him, let alone 4 years.

Hadn't done anything significant for Carlton for 2 years, even with the addition of Stevens, Scotland, etc, etc.

IMO, the club is better off without him. And Essendon, they're welcome to him.

No he is probably right, it is easy to play on when you are a soft as butter midfielder who doesn't put his body into a contest.

Now now Punter bit of Hostility there!!!

Good on Campo, he played through the good times then the crap times with Carlton and its fair enough if he wants a change. As was said earlier he is in the twilight of his career and we have blokes running around who are just as good or better than him now. Campo was a terrific servent of the Carlton Footy Club and will be remembered as a that!

Punter go back to your reporting, everyone Punter is a journalist with a BIG newspaper, this is where he gets half of his stories from. Isn't that right Punter!

Okay you have exposed my secret Echuca Boy, but you realise I could not be where I am without your tip-offs.
It still doesnt excuse the fact that Campo is limp-wristed. Not like you Echucaboy - who goes in hard and tough!!

Be interesting to see the Carlton/Essendon game this year.
One cartain 102kg player we have on our list who dont "get on" so well with Scott maybe might want to introduce themselves to him and see how the pre season was for Campo.

Now who would be that starting ruckman be? :D

Mojo are you saying that Barney and Campo didnt get along that well? Whilst I dont think we should be focussing on retribution I am as peeved off that Campo jumped ship as anyone and wouldnt mind at all if we applied a high degree of physical pressure on him. We would end up with a few free kicks.

Words were exchanged last year on more than 1 occassion. They dont get along. Campo had his little click at Carlton with Lappin, Kouta and a few other senior blokes but a lot of other players did not like his attitude, lack of application in games for a couple of years (no accountability) and doing the bare minimum on the training track.
His friendship/business with Sticks and percieved favourtism from that.

Instead of mentoring some of the kids Campo ignored them in games and did not make them feel welcome around the place.
He is a premiership player and was an elite player a number of years ago and has to be respected for that. I dont really have anything else very positive to say about Scott and will leave it at that.

One wonders then Mojo how will his friendship be now with Sticks. A guy who had everything thrown at him from the Crows to return home to SA and refused, said he couldn't bare to play against Carlton.

Now, here you have Campo jumping ship to one of our mortal enimies in Essendon just becuase he got his panties in a bunch about not enjoying his footy at Carlton, when it was obvious that the gravy train he had been on for years and been derailed by Collo.

Dont worry.. his ex business parter is going around the place trying to convince everyone that Campo is a "great bloke".
Cant believe they have not told him he is chairman of selectors...

Campo is a piece of ******** always has been always will be... he knows who to be nice to and who not to be nice to... made a fat living out of it.
